1. Place your distinct property on the Regional Multiple Listing Service.
2. Arrange professional photography for your property.
3. Prepare full-color Interim Property Brochures, ready for distribution, in approximately 5-15 business days of the marketing term.
4. Place a luxury sign on the property to enhance pricing credibility and quality.
5. Prepare a customized Marketing Program through our Company’s marketing, graphics and advertising departments, which may include advertising in local, national and/or international newspapers and magazines.
6. Promote your property through high quality, “Just Listed” Postcards distributed to select neighbors in your area.
7. Design and prepare full-color, professionally written Quality Property Brochures, for distribution to prospective buyers and targeted market areas.
8. Distribute 200 or more Property Brochures to select prospects and/or REALTORS, such as:

America’s ultra affluent individuals, each with a net worth exceeding $25 million
Property specialists nationally
Top REALTORS nationally
9. Prepare a press release regarding your property for distribution to local and metropolitan media, when warranted
10. Create extensive property exposure through Realtor.COM, Sun Sentiel.com/Homespot.com and the featured Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, our Internet websites, totaling more than 10.5 Million viewings per month.
11. Create a multi-scene Virtual Tour for you property to be featured on one or more of the following websites: Realtor.com, SunSentiel.com/Homespot.com,CarriageTradeproperties.com, and “Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.com
12. Advertise your property….until sold, in full page color magazines:

Boca Luxury Homes Magazine
Boca Life Magazine
Florida Estate Magazine
Homes & Land
13. Advertise your property in Newspapers (Sun-Sentinel or Boca News) until sold.
14. On 7% Commission Split—Place a property ad for your property in the Dupont Registry, available on newsstands in all 50 states and 54 countries, with a circulation of 111,000, including Professional Athletes, Celebrities, Fortune 500 and Forbes 400 Executives, Airline Shuttle Programs and the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show.
15. Hold a catered Broker’s Open House to assure maximum exposure to the area’s finest REALTORS, if applicable.
16. Create market activity for your property in upscale Resorts on selected Cruise Ships via Proprietary Magazines, Closed Circuit Television, and/or Broadcast Media.
17. Create more buyers for your property through the world’s most comprehensive network of luxury real estate brokers available to the over 60 million users of the internet.
18. Network with other REALTORS on a daily basis, by telephone or direct mail.
19. Present your property to past, present and future prospects interested in your type of property, area or price range.
20. Handle financing and closing procedures through our Mortgage and Title Services, if requested.
21. Assure continuous effort to promote and market your property.
22. Keep you informed regarding showings, inquiries, advertising and overall activity.
23. Have your Selected Sales Professional handle all inquiries to provide the best opportunity for a sale.

It’s Tali Israel’s and Carriage Trade Properties goal to provide each of the above services for every listing. However, this may not always be possible or feasible due to time constraints, market conditions, ad deadlines, media availability and marketing term.
